    1. For some reason I am very fond of gray winter days. πŸ™‚ I’m glad you found the beauty in the painting.

  1. Hello again, Barbara! Somehow I got unsubscribed to your blog and have been missing your posts for months, as I do not follow the Reader, only the blogs that I subscribe to by email.

I’m so glad to be back! I will go back through your past posts when I have a moment or so, but I just wanted to touch base with you again and say how much I’ve missed your lovely posts, like this one–the painting and the quote are both so soulful and ring of deep truth. Thank you! πŸ™‚

    1. Hi there, Timi! Sorry you got unsubscribed ~ I have a feeling that happens a lot when the plugins are updated… I also haven’t been posting much because I’m busy playing nurse to Tim. He’ll be back to work in a couple of weeks. It’s been fun having him underfoot, and I think I will miss him. But I have a lot of catching up to do in the blogosphere, too. πŸ™‚

  2. How absolutely true. Every type of weather, every season, has its good points only if you are patient and are willing to accept what nature has to offer.

    1. Much to my delight it snowed yesterday but it’s melting away today. πŸ™ I have far more trouble accepting extreme heat and humidity in the summertime, but do try to make the most of it.
