We are billion-year-old carbon

  1. Hi Barbara,
Eddington a very famous person indeed. He was a professor of Astronomy and experimental Philosophy in the early 1900’s.

He also is well known for studying Einstein’s theory of relativity. He also was able to prove Einstein’s theory that light bends.

A very interesting man, who loved anything to do with the stars. Beautiful chose Barbara, and a well chosen painting from Van Gogh as well.

    1. Scientists are amazing people, dazzling the rest of us with wonder and amazement when they reveal and explain their findings about the infinitesimal and the astronomical. I’m happy you liked the quote and picture!

  2. Thanks for bringing me here Barbara. Now that quote will really keep me pondering for a while!
I love painting and the Joni Mitchell song. (I’m going to go listen to it.)

Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
